When My OFM asked me to marry him back in Aug. I knew I wanted to look great on my wedding day. Well that means I need to drop a ton of weight. With both my kids, I had gain a ton of Weight.
Finally one night i got so sick and tired of my body hurting from just cleaning the house and picking up the baby. So I started walking. I was doing good 3 days a week almost 2 mile each time while my son did his football practice. Then the OFM suggest we do the P90x. So i started out strong with it and was doing good and was starting to feel good. Then for some reason I stopped!!
I started this at 201 lbs the heaviest I have ever been. I am now down to 193 and proud of my self. I need to keep going. I still have a long road and the wedding is next year. I need to rediscover my motivation and get back on my work outs. I just wish i can figure what went wrong. I guess at this point I should go back to tracking my food and work outs to help get back and stay on track.
I guess once I am done here I will go add once again a program on my phone to track my progress and look for new motivation phrase to write on my mirror to help keep going. Not only do I have a wedding to look great at and 2 little rug rats to chase and not be so wiped out at the end of the day. I understand I may never get back to my Army weight but I want to be back in the Healthy and Fit range.
